Mi Vida is new joint venture to build homes across Africa, brought to you by Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE), the real estate arm of one of India’s largest conglomerates, partnered with funding partners Actis, one of the largest growth markets Private Equity investor in the world, with over KSh 1.6 trillion under management globally.
Mi Vida was launched in July this year in Nairobi, committing to building 2,000 new homes in Kenya with the guarantee of on-time delivery, and starting with this first project at Garden City.
